Being an athlete has changed my life for the better and continues to. grateful for what I’ve become and excited for where I’m going.”

What is the role of sport/physical activity in your life?

Physical activity plays a huge part in my life and my sobriety from working out in the gym to running outdoors or training for a specific event. It brings light and happiness in to my life.

How do you define wellness?

Wellness to me is simply evolving. Striving to be better. Training today for what you wanna be tomorrow.

What are the things you do each day that make you a ‘Wellness Warrior’?

Starting my day off reflecting and being grateful. Reflecting on where I was and how grateful I am to be going where I am going. Good things are going to happen to me not by chance but by the work I’m putting into live each day.

Who or what is your inspiration?

Evolving to a better me each day. striving to be like great men I know or know of. Like a great man I met at the Masters  Games, Curtis Route.
