ISWO works with a number of partners across multiple sectors to ensure that programs are delivered meet the goals and objectives of both the organization, the community itself and the program deliverables.

When and where possible, ISWO works with Indigenous organizations and businesses to help deliver programming and events. ISWO also supports local Indigenous communities and First Nations, by directly hiring within the community, to help run local events, tournaments and camps, which empowers local community members, celebrates the unique local cultural traditions and provides opportunities for positive role-modelling within the community.
