Looking for something new to help get you motivated and get you moving? Indigenous Sport & Wellness Ontario introduces the Well Nation Couch to 5K Running Program, with walking adaptations.

TIPS FOR GETTING STARTED

  • Find your shoes now and get your favourite socks ready
  • Map out your route you would like to start with
  • Find a walking or running buddy, or use an online group to stay on track and stay motivated!

 

Don’t stress out about where you are currently starting, the goal is to finish the program at your own pace!
