ISWO Community Sport Survey

ISWO has created a Community Sport Survey to understand the strengths and needs of Indigenous communities and organizations in Ontario. This information will help ISWO tailor it’s programs to continue to support sport and recreation opportunities for Indigenous communities and organizations in Ontario. ISWO invites all interested community members, leaders, those working in sport and recreation, or organization representatives to take part in the survey and help shape the future of ISWO programming.
The survey takes less than 5 minutes to complete and all survey participants will be entered to win 1 of 2
brand new Apple 10.2 iPad’s!

Please note that you must be 18 years of age or older and reside in Ontario, to participate in this survey. The survey closes at 4:59 p.m., on November 8, 2019. Winners will be chosen by random selection and notified via email within five (5) business days of the survey closing. Winners will receive a brand new Apple 10.2 iPad. All survey responses and information collected will be kept confidential, and will be utilized for the sole purpose of program development.
