Girls Skateboard Camp

ISWO is excited to host a Girls Skateboarding Camp in partnership with the Thunder Bay based Female Skateboard Collective. Participants will take part in a day of basic instruction, and will be given their own skateboard, helmet, and t-shirt to take home and improve their skills. Lunch will be provided.
Open to Indigenous females, ages 10+
Proper footwear is required (closed toed shoes eg. running shoes, skate shoes, tennis shoes)
Waivers will be emailed upon confirmation of registration and MUST be signed prior to participation.
The session in Thunder Bay will be held June 30, 2022 from 10-2pm at Marina Park Skatepark, Sleeping Giant Parkway.
Registration is limited to 10 people. Spots will be filled at a first-come, first-served basis.
