The Season of Giving Back while Promoting Individual and Community Wellness
Help us spread joy this holiday season by participating in The Season of Giving Back. Participate by following along the activity calendar via the Well Nation Hub Facebook group: https://ow.ly/tTM350QcxH1
The activity calendar will run from December 1-31, 2023, offering daily activities that promote physical activity and wellness. Participants choose activities they’d like to participate in on any day that works best for them. When participants complete an activity, they will circle it in their calendar and at the end of the month. Submit your completed calendar to Deidre.Debassige@iswo.ca to confirm your entry into the contest.
**Bonus entries if photos are shared of participants engaging in chosen activities. Shared photos may be used towards Well Nation’s Social Media Campaign.**
Prizes: 12 participants will be selected to receive a $250 gift card of their choice and $250 to be donated to a charity of their choice.
Each activity completed equals an entry into the prize draws. Winners will be announced and contacted mid-January. Start your calendar and give back to the community this holiday season!
