Team Ontario NAIG 2020 Tryouts Sudbury

Team ISWO and Team Ontario Coaching Staff are heading to Sudbury to host a multi-sport tryout for Team Ontario and the 2020 North American Indigenous Games (NAIG). Tryouts are taking place at Cambrian College, Lo-Ellen Park Secondary School, and Sudbury Secondary School on March 7 and 8, 2020, for the NAIG 2020 Sport Categories listed below.
Badminton
Sunday, March 8, 2020, from 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM at Lo-Ellen Park Secondary-275 Loachs Rd, Sudbury, ON P3E 2P8
For male and female athletes in the following age divisions
- 19U (2001 – 2003)
- 16U (2004 – 2006)
Basketball
Sunday, March 8, 2020, from 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM at Cambrian College 1400 Barrydowne Rd, Sudbury, ON P3A 3V8
For male and female athletes in the following age divisions

- 16U (2004 – 2006)
- 14U (2006 – 2008)
Canoe/Kayak
Saturday, March 7, 2020, from 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM at Cambrian College 1400 Barrydowne Rd, Sudbury, ON P3A 3V8. Tryouts for Canoe/Kayak will be completed in 30-minute time slots that are open to all age divisions. The tryouts are done inside the gymnasium using ergometer rowing machines. There are 2 canoe ergometers and one kayak ergometer and participants are to complete a full 1000m after completing a quick warm-up and rowing techniques on either the canoe or the kayak machines with the Team Ontario Canoe/Kayak Manager.
