Girls Skateboard Camp
June 4, 2022 - June 5, 2022
ISWO is excited to host a Girls Skateboarding Camp in partnership with the Thunder Bay based Female Skateboard Collective. Participants will take part in a day of basic instruction, and will be given their own skateboard, helmet, and t-shirt to take home and improve their skills. Lunch will be Provided.
Open to Indigenous females, ages 10+
Proper footwear is required (closed toed shoes eg. running shoes, skate shoes, tennis shoes)
Waivers will be emailed upon confirmation of registration and MUST be signed prior to participation.

The session in Kenora will be held June 4, 2022 from 10-2pm at Kenora Skatepark, 1st Avenue South, Kenora.
The session in Fort Frances will be held June 5, 2022 from 10-2pm at Kiwanis Skate Park, 2nd St East, Fort Frances.
Registration is limited to 15 people per session. Spots will be filled at a first-come, first-served basis.
