Team Ontario is now accepting Expressions of Interest for NAHC 2022

Team Ontario is going to the 2022 NAHC
ISWO is thrilled to announce that Team Ontario will be participating in the 2022 NAHC, with one male and one female team. Given the COVID-19 situation in the province of Ontario, ISWO will not be hosting in-person tryouts this year to select teams. Instead, ISWO will be accepting ‘Expressions of Interest’ from Indigenous youth born between 2004-2008 inclusively, who wish to participate.

The deadline to submit your interest has been extended to March 25, 2022. Please note that all applications will be reviewed by the General Managers for each team, in addition to athlete development staff.
IMPORTANT: If you are selected to participate, you will be required to pay for travel, accommodations, registration fees, food and uniforms. The average cost may be anywhere between $1400-1800 per player, after ISWO subsidizes what it can from funding; we encourage youth and families to start considering fundraising and other support options.
