4-day Virtual Standing Bear Camp – North Bay Region

Do you know a youth in the North Bay area who wants to learn traditional teachings from knowledge keepers from various lodges? Youth ages 14 to 24, living in the North Bay area, are invited to register for a free 4-day Standing Bear Youth Leadership camp. This camp is being held in parentship with Endaayaan Awejaa. - The virtual 4-day camp will be held via Zoom.
- Starts Monday, January 31, 2022, to Thursday, February 3, 2022.
- Time: 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Monday: Perry McLeod-Shabagesic – Rites of Passage
Tuesday: Edmond Sackaney – Early Dawn
Wednesday: Whes Whetung – Finding your way
Thursday: Justin Sackaney – Put Tobacco Down
The first 20 participants will get a $50 gift card to Indigenous owned businesses local to the North Bay area. Participants will also be eligible for two plates at Oak East Eatery (meals to be decided by the restaurant).
